 Q: Do you accept AFTERPAY?

Yes we do.

 Q: Do you restock?

We only make small batch runs of each garment and do not mass produce styles so once an item has been marked as sold out it will not be 'restocked' unless we decide to remake the style in a future collection. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

Q. What if I purchase the wrong size?

We understand shopping online can be difficult when it comes to finding the right size, so we are here to help. If you are not sure about fit or sizing, we will go the extra mile to offer size exchanges, advice, measurements, or photos, just send us an email!

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Yes - You may exchange any Matilda product by emailing info@shopmatilda.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Once the item is returned to us you will be issued a credit note for the value of the purchase - less shipping and handling charges. We will not exchange products if:

  • damaged by abuse or negligence
  • damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
  • the return falls outside of the stated fourteen (14) day period
  • the product(s) is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging
  • the original label/swing tag has been removed.

Q. What does sustainable mean?

The bottom line is there is no such thing as a fully sustainable brand if you're making new products however, there are many things we do as a brand to operate consciously. Before launching Matilda we made sure that as a brand we would be making a positive difference in our industry and encouraging change otherwise we simply would prefer not to exist.
